We offer a Standard 4-Step Program. This program has been created to achieve a thick green lawn without weeds. We use the best products on the market which allows us to accomplish this with only 4 applications a year.
Application #1
February/March/April – Apply granular fertilizer with pre-emergent for crabgrass and many other weeds.
Application #2
April/May/June – Apply granular fertilizer with post emergent weed control.
Application #3
August/September/October – Apply granular fertilizer with post emergent weed control.
Application #4
November/December – Apply granular winterizer fertilizer.
Optional Applications
- June/July Application – Apply fertilizer & grub control (if grubs are a problem in your lawn and causing turf damage, this application is necessary)
- Crabgrass & Nutsedge Control – this application is necessary if the lawn has crabgrass or nutsedge
- Weed & Grass Control – landscape beds, gravel areas, parking lots, fence rows, etc.
Kurtz Lawn Care is certified through Purdue and licensed with the state of Indiana. A copy of our business license and applicators license available upon request.
Kurtz Lawn Care provides workman’s comp insurance for our employees and liability insurance on our business. A certificate of insurance is available upon request.
