- 8ft & 10ft wide sheds have 2 skids.
- 12ft, 14ft, & 16ft wide sheds have 4 skids.
- Wall Studs spaced 16″ on center on sheds with wood siding and vinyl siding.
- Wall Studs spaced 24″ on center on sheds with metal siding and on chicken coops.
- Trusses spaced 24″ on center.
- Garage floors have 2X6 floor joist 12″ on center. Add $2 per square foot for double floor option.
- Wood floors are not intended for heavy trucks or heavy equipment. Concrete floors are best suited for heavy weight applications.
- Proper insulation is required prior to heating inside a shed to prevent condensation. We recommend upgrading to our vinyl insulated windows if you are needing insulated/heated storage. Warranty does not cover condensation damage/mold caused by heating without adequate insulation.
- We are not responsible for permits or code restraints. It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain the required permits. Prices are subject to change without notice. All information is considered accurate, but is not guaranteed. Sheds are measured eave to eave due to DOT restrictions.
